I will first point out the specific difficulties for controlling such systems, at least in two directions:\n– for controllability, the reachable set has a strange structure\n– for optimal control, one needs some (intrinsic) regularity of the optimal control to ensure well-posedness of the solution.\nIn both cases, regularity of both the data and the control play a major role.\nBy presenting my joint works with B.
