Helon Vicente Hultmann Ayala is a Professor and Research Scientist with a background in both academic and industrial applied research (IBM, Embraer, ZF).

Currently a Professor at PUCPR (Brazil), he is visiting FAU DCN-AvH to collaborate under an ERC/CNPq agreement in the broad area of system identification, machine learning, and model predictive control for complex robotic systems.
