I am a mathematician currently working as a postdoctoral researcher at the Federal University of São Carlos, Brazil, under the supervision of Prof. Alessandra Verri.
I am a visiting scientist at FAU DCN-AvH, the Chair for Dynamics, Control, Machine Learning and Numerics – Alexander von Humboldt Professorship at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Bavaria (Germany).
I received my PhD in Mathematics from the Federal University of São Carlos in 2024.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Mathematics from the same institution and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from the University of Cundinamarca, Colombia (2015).
My research interests lie in Mathematics, with an emphasis on Spectral Theory and Mathematical Physics.
My work focuses primarily on topics such as the Laplace operator, Dirichlet–Neumann conditions, discrete spectrum, thin strips, waveguides, and numerical analysis.
• PhD Thesis: Quantum confinement: geometric influence on spectral analysis (August 2024)
