Hello! My name is Albert Alcalde. I am a PhD student at FAU DCN-AvH, the Chair for Dynamics, Control, Machine Learning and Numerics – Alexander von Humboldt Professorship at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, Bavaria (Germany).
I received my bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at Universitat Autònoma de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain in 2022.
After that, I completed my master’s degree in advanced Mathematics and mathematical Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, Barcelona, Spain in 2023.

I am interested in the fields of partial differential equations, numerical analysis and machine learning.
