Profile

The area of responsibility includes mainly the management and accounting of budget and third-party funds.

Qualification

• A commercial training completed with good results.
• Self-initiative, committed and independent way of working.
• Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications.
• Good written and oral expression skills in German and English.
• Flexibility in adapting to time sequences and load peaks.
• Experience with university administration, FSV bookings, business trips, etc.
• Reliability and thoroughness.

Opportunities

• Intended classification according to qualifications and personal requirements:
• Remuneration/Special Size: to be determined in the range E6-E11

The scale of remuneration will be set according to the candidate’s expertise and the precise areas of responsibility determined during the selection process.
• It is a part-time position, 20 hours/week; working time: by appointment
• Expected recruitment date: As soon as possible.

Contract conditions could further evolve and improve in the future with the growth of the Chair and the attraction of other important sources of third-party funding.
