I am a Professor at the Mathematics Department, Technical University Federico Santa María, Chile. My research interest is in Control and Inverse Problems for Partial Differential Equations (PDE) and its numerical analysis. Specifically, my
fields of research are fluid and rock mechanics models, optimal control problems, and their applications. Currently, I’m focusing in study unique continuations properties for the finite difference discretization of PDE and how these properties
converge at its continuous version.
