I am Zhihua and I come from China. I received my B.S. degree in Information and Computing Science from Yangtze University, Jingzhou, China, in 2008, the M.S. degree in Computational Mathematics from Yunnan University, Kunming, China, in 2011 and my Ph.D. degree in Mathematics from Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi’an, China, in 2015. I have been an associate professor at the School of Information and Mathematics, Yangtze University since December 2020.
I am currently a visiting scholar at the Chair for Dynamics, Control and Numerics – Alexander von Humboldt Professorship for the first time, within the Senior Visitor Program led by Prof. Enrique Zuazua at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg.
My main research interests include model order reduction, data-driven modeling of dynamic systems and numerical linear algebra.
PhD Thesis: Model Order Reduction Methods for Several Classes of Large-scale Dynamical Systems (2015)
