I am a PhD student at FAU DCN-AvH, the Chair for Dynamics, Control, Machine Learning and Numerics at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, under the supervision of Prof. Giovanni Fantuzzi. The PhD is about applying polynomial optimization techniques to PDEs and network dynamics to solve them efficiently.
I completed my Bachelors in Mathematics at Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. Before joining the team, I received my Masters degree from FAU in Computational and Applied Mathematics and wrote my master thesis on “Sums-of-squares Polyconvexity”, supervised by Prof. Giovanni Fantuzzi, which involved defining a Sums-of-Squares strengthening to polyconvexity to make verifying polyconvexity a tractable problem.
My research interest lies in PDEs, Optimization and Numerics.
